In this epsiode, I interview Ruth Beaglehole, and I'm hoping it will leave you feeling as empowered as it did for me. So for over 50 years, Ruth has been a leading voice In the call to end violence and oppression of younger human beings. As a teacher of parents, caregivers, and professionals in the practice of parenting with nonviolence, she has been a committed advocate in the human rights movement that works to protect all children or her journey as an educator, mother, grandmother, and activist is rooted in the story of her own childhood and her understanding of early trauma, and that all human beings have the capacity to heal.
We talk about momlife, parenting differently than we are raised, vulnerability, and the power of community.
