Welcome to a new theme here at Mom School. For the next 4 episodes, I’ll be talking about different ways you can say ‘No’ in order to feel more like yourself.
During this episode I’ll talk about why you might consider letting go of being nice and invite you to instead be kind. By the end of this episode, you’ll understand the differences between these two concepts, the impact they have on our lives, and have a PIRL, or practice in real life, that you can implement today to begin shifting away from niceness and toward kindness.
